From design to possession
Yes, you read it right. In as little as 12 weeks after you select your design, you can move into your own home. Our structures require no foundation (they rest on stilts or on a plinth) and hence no building permits. Have you been dreaming of a holiday home close to the beach or on agricultural or forest land? Rest easy. We have the solution.
From conception to handing you the keys to your new home, we cover the whole construction process. Along with the dwelling, we can design your landscape, include a natural Azulverde Living Pool (that requires no chlorine nor regular maintenance) and an organic veggie patch if you so desire, and have both supplied with harvested rain water.
Maintenance
As to maintenance? There is hardly any. Since we use honeycomb aluminum and magnesium oxide (MgO) sandwich panels our structures do not contain any sand, cement, steel, mortar or bricks, therefore there is no plaster that will chip or crack. A fresh overcoat of paint every few years does the trick. If the exterior MGO surface is cladded, it is nearly indestructible.
